1. VlogAdz is an online video sharing classified advertisement market place platform.
2. We operate a marketing sales video sharing platform solely as an intermediary between vendor and buyer levying a platform placement fixed fee to the vendor to use our service.
3. We are not responsible for any condition of goods or products sold or misrepresentation of professional services offered. However when we are notified of any such dealing has occurred we reserve the right to refuse any vendor promoting their respective goods and services.
4. “Vendors” must always adopt an honest approach in selling their products and services. Any un professional or dishonest trading will see the Vendor being refused permission to promote or sell any goods in the future.
5. Any dispute must be dealt soley with by the vendor and buyer independent of VlogAdz within 30 days of the complaint being lodged. VlogAdz does not offer arbitrary services. Vendors must offer a full money back guarantee if the buyer is not satisfied with the purchased product but the buyer must declare their dissatisfaction with reasonable judgement within 1 day of receipt of the product.
6. Goods and service that will not be permitted to market on VlogAdz are: Adult Services of any nature, gambling or alcohol products, guns & knives, firearms, conspiracy materials, livestock, multilevel marketing programmes, disreputable merchants, pornography, malware, phishing type scams, religious propaganda, foul language in describing video commentary of goods for sale nor and defamatory language towards any other Vendors or buyers. Misrepresentation of product conditions or exaggerated description of both goods and professional services is also not permitted in any way and if it is proved to be so will result in the termination of the Vendors selling permissions.

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (‘DNT’) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
